How it works:

All a member of your staff has to do is log onto a computer and go to Medcom's web site, click on the inservice training link, and enter a password designated to your facility. From there, review the material, take the test, receive a certificate. It's that simple. As the administrator using your password, you will be able to tell when someone has completed the required training program or not. Your database will be customizable by department, personnel, facility and regulatory requirement.
