 | The RAmEx Ars Medica catalog allows you to order medical CD-ROMs and other multimedia titles directly over the Internet. You may search by keyword, title, author, ISBN, or browse by specialty, media or publishers, and select from a variety of titles. Each title can be added to your Shopping Cart. After you have finished adding titles to your Shopping Cart, you may proceed via the Internet, or you may print the shopping cart and fax it to RAmEx Ars Medica, at 1 310 826 9674. You may also order via telephone by calling 1 800 633 9281 or 1 310 826 4964. During non-business hours, our answering service will take your complete order information and forward it to us. Please note that the answering service is not capable of answering title questions; they are only equipped to take the information you provide.

 When you have found a CD-ROM, video, or other title that you wish to order, click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be directed to the Shopping Cart page and may continue shopping, or proceed to the Checkout.

 | Important. After clicking on a button, always remember to wait until the server returns your page back to you. There is always a short delay, while the order gets updated or checked. If you click a button twice, the server may get TWO clicks, which may produce unexpected results.

The illustration above shows a sample Shopping Cart. To remove an item from your cart, select "0" in the pull-down menu under "Qty". To change the quantity of an item, select the new quantity in the pull-down menu under "Qty".
From the Shopping Cart page, you may proceed to the "Checkout" page, and complete your order, or you may continue shopping. Simply click one of the two buttons to direct you accordingly.

 | Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to the Checkout Page. You may access the Checkout Page from anywhere on the site via the Shopping Cart. Simply click the "Shopping Cart" button, and from the Shopping Cart click the "Checkout" button. Please enter your name, address, and basic contact information where prompted. Also indicate your method of payment, and enter a credit card number and expiration date. |
Progress through the checkout process as illustrated above. Your order will be positively confirmed by an acknowledgement page, and by an order acknowledgement e-mail. This email will contain your order number, beginning with a "W". This order number will facilitate communication with us, and in checking the status of your order directly from this web site.
Do not confirm a successful order by looking at the shopping cart after order submission, because the shopping cart will apear empty. Confirm your order by checking your email inbox. |
