This all-new, network-based program incorporates the complete content of Competence Assessment Tools for Health-System Pharmacies, and its regular updates, into a comprehensive, value-added competence assessment tool for pharmacy managers and others involved in staff evaluation and assessment.
The single-user platform can support an unlimited number of staff (base platform supports up to 20 employees; additional employees are purchased separately), and allows facility managers to perform the following key activities, among others:
- Create an employee job description from an existing template, or create customized templates
- Assign tests, evaluations, and supervisory tasks to staff and monitor their completion
- Track employee performance
- Perform self-assessment and annual evaluations
- Customize tests and assessment checklists for specific care settings (e.g., acute care, ambulatory care, home care, etc.), or to meet facility-specific needs
- Create follow-up programs to address necessary areas of improvement
